While streaming the axis network camera i got an error window namely, Microsoft visual c++ runtime library shows an error message as,

Error 1714 java(TM) 6 update 31 cannot be removed

Everyone knows java, it is a widely distributed software package on more than billion devices.  I am feeling that updating java is good to keep my computer protected against unwanted malware. So i am trying to manually update my java selected from the java settings. Because i dont find any automatic updating feature for java in my operating system. I found an java 6 standard edition of version 6 update 29 (build 1.6.0_29-b11), but whenever i am trying to install it i am receiving an error as,
Java(TM) 6 Update 31

Then i received an error Java setup
Error 1714. The older version of java(TM) 6 update 31 cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group.

Then, how can i remove the older version and getting updated with newer version. I dont know where the older version or .msi package will reside. I need a help if any of the readers have a solution, then just post it on comment section.
