O+ error Windows 7

I obtained an error message displayed in the window as 'O+' when i try to run the (.exe)application software from the DVD RW Drive.Below is the proof for this error,

I think this error is because of try to running the application within the cd/dvd drive  instead of copying to the system drive.But such errors are very rare to see across the pc's.
