RSM could not load media in drive DRIVE 0 of library JetFlash Transcend 2GB USB Device.
Event id : 111
Source : Removable storage service
The above error occurs,if we connect a device which does not support media ejection lock / unlock (SCSIOP_MEDIUM_REMOVAL) operation code. This error does not harm the system.
At the same time if this error is found for the connected device which supports media ejection lock/unlock,then contact the corresponding device vendor.For lists of device vendors deals with windows refer the following url ,

Below is the proof for this error what is happened and noted as log message in my system event log.

The device 'SAMSUNG CD-ROM SH-152A'(IDE\CdRomSAMSUNG_CD-ROM_SH-152A_C500_5&8dcead3&0&0.0.0) disappeared from the system without first being prepared for removal.
