visual studio (vb_web.exe) compatibility mode windows 7

When i try to install vb_web.exe i got an setup error as 'Visual studio setup cannot run in compatibility mode'.Solution recommended is to see the 'installing' section in the visual studio readme file VS2010 RTM.htm at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=143397.

Platform where i try to install visual studio setup.exe is windows 7.Proof as the error caught is displayed below.
