Fix Error code 2048 quicktime player

When i try to open the file having .3gp extension with quicktime player i received an error as,:Error -2048: Couldn't open the file <file name><file format(.3gp)> because it is not a file that quick time understands".
Note : This error can appear on windows 7/ xp..
Error proof :

solution :

• ensure whether the file is corrupted or not,if it is corrupted then just replace the file.
• try open the file with other programs which are supporting the file extension.
• if it is a quick time player issue then check for codecs and install it.
