The parameter is incorrect

While installing update or at the time of copying files,the user may face an error like 'incorrect parameter'.Here i posted an error,what i faced wile copying files from system to 8gb memory card with help of card reader.
Error copying file or folder
Cannot copy <file name>:The parameter is incorrect.

Platform: windows xp.
