Classic Event 7001 Service Control Manager

Dependency service or group failure event:
The Network Location Awareness service depends on the Network Store Interface Service service which failed to start because of the following error: The dependency service or group failed to start.

Device not functioning event:
The SMB MiniRedirector wrapper and engine service depends on the Redirected Buffering Sub System service failed to start because of the following error: A device attached to the system is not functioning.
Other services which are failed to start because of the same reason are,

• Network Store interface Service service depends on the NSI proxy service driver.

• TCP/IP NetBIOS helper service depends  on the Ancillary function driver for winsock service.

• DNS client service depends on the NetIO legacy TDI support driver service.

Event 7030, service control manager:
Event description: The K7computing - Email Proxy Server service is marked as an interactive service. However the system is configured to not allow interactive services. This service may not function properly.

The K7 Total Security Manager serice terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s).

Event 7038, service control manager:
The WdiServiceHost service was unable to log on as NT AUTHORITY\LocalService with the currently configured password due to the following error: The security account manager (SAM) or local security authority (LSA) server was in the wrong state to perform the security operation.
To ensure that the service is configured properly, use the services snap-in in microsoft management console (MMC).

Event 7022, service control manager:
The NLCS Agent service hung on starting.

Event 7023, service control manager:
The Windows update service terminated with the following error: %%-2147467243
Error proof:

Timeout Reached error Windows Service

Error message :'A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the Netman service'.

The same error might also happen for the services including 'ShellHWDetection', 'PcaSvc' and 'AntiVirScheduler'.Symbolic name to represent the error is 'EVENT_TRANSACT_TIMEOUT'.

I found the above error in event viewer.This error occured because the requested service fails to happen or respond within the defined timeout period (ie.default timeout period is 30000 milliseconds).
Below is the proof for this error,

Solution:
To solve this error change all the default timeout values for all services.To do this ,refer the steps followed below,

• Open regedit and in the Registry Editor, click the registry subkey HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control 
• In the details pane, locate the ServicesPipeTimeout entry, right-click that entry and then select Modify.
  
  Note: If the ServicesPipeTimeout entry does not exist, you must create it by selecting New on the Edit menu, followed by the DWORD Value, then typing ServicesPipeTimeout, and clicking Enter.
• Click Decimal, enter the new timeout value in milliseconds, and then click OK.
• Restart the computer.
• It is also recommended to verify that the service is configured properly and ensure that the system is in healthy state (i.e not running low on resources).
