Solution : Free the disk space by deleting unwanted files and use disk cleanup tool.Now, starts running the virtual PC,the problem is solved.

Fix Virtual machine error in windows

virtual machine error- Windows virtual pc requires hardware-assisted virtualization.There is no hardware-assisted virtualization support in the system.(0xA0040951).

solution :
There are two options available,

• check for hardware assisted virtualization in your pc by using detection tool and turn it on.
• install the hotfix/update which helps to install virtual pc and xp mode in a pc which does not has hardware assisted virtualization.For more refer 'http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/support/configure-bios.aspx.'

Virtual pc could not open its emulated ethernet switch driver.To fix this problem,re-enable the virtual PC emulated ethernet switch service on the 'Realtek RTL8139/810x Family fast ethernet NIC' adapter or re-install virtual pc.
