Solution :
Contact microsoft product support services (PSS) for assistance.
For information about how to contact PSS refer PSS10R.CHM which can be found from the following path c:/windows/user/appdata/Local/Temp/Setup00000f90.CHM/PSS10R.CHM.

Another error code 1712 also mentioned and it refers the files needed to restore the computer to previous state does not found.So restoration failed.
