I found an error message from event viewer as,
Cryptographic services failed while processing the OnIdentity() call in the system writer object.
Details : 
AddLegacyDriverFiles: Unable to backup image of binary X4HS32Ex.
System error :
The system cannot find the file specified.

Details:
AddCoreCsiFiles : GetNextFileMapContent() failed.
System Error:
The parameter is incorrect.

Proof for this error and solution,

 

Solution :
start->my computer->c:/(i.e system main local disk drive) ->windows->find registration folder and rightclick over it to choose properties.In properties window select security tab and edit option to control the file access to different user account.Now allow full control for admin and system users.For everyone choose read option.

Thats all,now check whether your vss system writer works properly without system error by typing  the command "vssadmin list writers".This will shows available writers and its state.

No registered application for this extension

When i try to open the downloaded document in opera,i obtained an message as " No registered application for this extension".Then i decided to open it through the foxit reader,but here i received an error message as " format error:not a pdf or corrupted"

The above error message tells that the document is not pdf or it may be corrupted.But actually I found file extension as pdf while i am downloading it.So the file may get corrupted.My suggestion is whether it may be beause of the document owner who does no wants to disribute or share the file.Below is the proof,

The above error occurs,if we compress the main local disk drive (i.e in my system as C:/),which includes essential system files like boot files etc.I obtained that error because i checked the box in the disk's properties window,which prompts to perform compression to save the disk space.So keep avoid to make tick over the box which is for compressing the drive.

Solution:
After getting this error i feel trouble to get back into my system.I tried all the options available in startup screen.But no one,including restore option fails to help.

Finally i found a solution by restoring the windows image file with help of windows repair disc.

Feature Transfer Error 1618 in Windows7

I obtained the above error while i try to uninstall the cyberlink youcam application program.I think it is,because of sequential request provided by user to the system to do the same desired action.(i.e try to uninstall another program at thesame time).

This event indicates that the computer is low on resources or it has incorrect COM registration information.
Solution :

1. check that vss services are enabled  - refer previous posts to know how to enable the vss services.
2. Providers are operating properly - open cmd as administrator and type diskshadow and press enter.Then type list providers and press enter.If a provider is missing from the list of registered providers,try reinstalling it.
3. start COM+Event system service  - administrative tools->services->COM+Event system service->set status as started and service type as automatic.

Volume Shadow Copy Service initialization error : the control dispatcher cannot be started
[0x80070427,The service process could not connect to the service controller].

I noticed the above error message in my windows logs file.This event indicates that vss could not register its dispatcher function with the service control manager during VSS service initialization.

To resolve this error we have to verify that the volume shadow copy service is available.To verify do the following steps,

• start->all programs->accessories->right click cmd and select run as administrator.
• Type  net start vss.If the service is already started then it displays the message as

The requested service has already been started.
More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 2182 (i.e syntax is NET HELPMSG message#)

Volume Shadow Copy Service Error Unexpected

When i try to manage the windows backup disk space i encountered an unexpected error message as,

"A volume shadow copy service component encountered an unexpected error.Check the application event log for more information.(0x80042302)" .

I also obtained the above error when i try to  run the system restore.Below is the proof for that error.

Then i checked the application log,where error details are displayed as,
