Volume Shadow Copy Service Error Unexpected

When i try to manage the windows backup disk space i encountered an unexpected error message as,

"A volume shadow copy service component encountered an unexpected error.Check the application event log for more information.(0x80042302)" .

I also obtained the above error when i try to  run the system restore.Below is the proof for that error.

Then i checked the application log,where error details are displayed as,

"Volume shadow copy service error :Unexpected error calling routine CoCreateInstance. hr=0x80070422.The service cannot be started,either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it".
Note: Sometimes, hr = 0x80040206 is also logged on the event description.
