fix indexing and searching problems

Performance monitor cannot be initialized for the gatherer object,because the counters are not loaded or the shared memory object cannot be opened.This only affects availability of the perfmon counters.Restart the computer.

Solution:
Check the system for low performance in CPU,input/output and memory and then restart the windows search service.
To check the system for low cpu/input output/memory performance do the steps which follows,

• generate system diagnostics report.
• start resource monitor.

Stop and restart the windows search service :

Use the cmd  commands 'net stop wsearch','net start wsearch' wsearch to stop and start the search service.Finally verify to prevent the error in future.
