System process terminated booting safe mode

While i try to run the PC boot from safe mode i obtained an error displayed on the blue screen.The error includes following messages and codes.
STOP : C000021a {Fatal System Error}
The initial session process or system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000000 (0xC0000001 0x00100490)
The system has been shutdown.

System recovery :
After facing this error i tried system recovery but it also failed and return the same fatal system error but with different error code.

The initial session process or system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000000 (0xC0000001 0X001003a8).
The system has been shut down.

At the time of System Repair :
System repair too unsuccessful to troubleshoot the error and displayed the following error message and problem signature.
Startup repair cannot repair the computer automatically.

Note : After the error occurred,i found very difficult to start booting the system and finally after continuous attempt of booting and startup repair action i get back starting normally into the system.
