Controller error on device CdRom0

The driver detected a controller error on \Device \ CdRom0

Logname: system
source:cd rom
Level : error

I found the above error on event log files.Then i checked solution on microsoft technet but there is no solution found for this error.

I think this error could happen while try to burn the cd with inadequate disc size or there is a fault on the inserted device.Below is the  proof for this error.

Solution :Check for hardware failure like loose cable,loose disk controller card or a cable failure.If  it founds any flaw in the hardware then simply replace it with new flawless hardware.This event causes an error, while ejecting 'DVD RW drive'
